美国Scholastic出版社推出英语家庭图书馆EVERYDAY BOOKBOX

1.每盒50本图书帮助小朋友积累包括数数，比大小，吹泡泡，洗车，剪头发，吃午饭，养宠物，换牙齿，画图画，交朋友等大量英语情景，让他们摆脱中文思维的束缚。

2.书中采用色彩鲜艳的插图和照片来引发小朋友的阅读兴趣。家长可以指导他们将图，字，句对应起来阅读，培养真正的英语思维，同时还能帮助他们陶冶审美力，想象力和创造力。

3.Guided ReadingLevel（GRL）由美国凡塔斯博士（Dr. Fountas）和皮内尔博士（Dr. Pinnell）两位阅读专家开发的阅读分级系统，阅读难度用字母A-Z表示，Z难度最高。LexileFramework（Lexile）由美国权威教育机构MetaMetrics开发的阅读分级系统，阅读难度从BR(BeginningReader)开始，1700L为难度最高。

 

The Everyday Book Box contains 50 individual book titles, fiction and non-fiction, each marked with a Guided Reading level and a Lexile? level. There are three leveled collections available: Red (ages 5-6), Yellow (ages 6-7), and Blue (ages 7-8). Schools may also choose between books printed in American English or Commonwealth English.

In addition to the books, each Everyday Book Box contains a resource CD with activities, lesson plans, and reading tips for teachers and parents.

采用北美权威分级系统Guided ReadingLevel（GRL）和Lexile Framework（Lexile）对每本书进行了分级，家长可以按每本书的难易程度安排小朋友的阅读进程，以确保他们在合适的难度区间保持阅读兴趣。

 

术语注释：

GRL(Guided Reading Level)：指导型阅读分级法，难度从A开始，Z最难。

GRL在文字难度判断的基础上，增加了图书思想性，艺术性等主观要素的判断。

NR:Not Rated 该书尚未接受GRL评估。

LEXILE：蓝斯分级法，难度从0开始，数字越大难度越高。

LEXILE对文字难度的判断更为精准，但不涉及思想性、艺术性等主观要素的判断。

BR:Beginning Reader 该书适合启蒙阅读，需要家长读给孩子听。

AD:Adult Directed，该书存在一定难度，建议家长导读。

NP:Non-Prose 该书无法使用Lexile标准评估
