“It's a lovely day,” said Mr Gumpy. "Let's take the old cart-track across the fields."

"Some of you will have to get out and push," he said.

They pushed and shoved and heaved and strained and gasped and shipped and slithered and squelched. ' O1 K1 \, M5 O! W0 S" }" B

Slowly the car began to move...

' x0 I; `9 G3 m2 H"Don't stop." cried Mr Gumpy. "Keep it up! We're nearly there."

Everyone gave a mighty heave the tyres gripped... 1 R5 S! W& U4 [

好不容易，汽车向前挪了一步。 + f* z/ V* O1 E

甘伯伯大叫：“别放松！再往前推，我们快成功了。”

They looked up and saw that the sun was shining.
