动画片对于初期的语音输入帮助非常大，会直接影响孩子的兴趣爱好。千万不要以为Peppa Pig的中文译名是粉红猪小妹就认为男孩子不会喜欢，绝对是老幼通吃！纯正的英语发音和用词的准确地道，语速比较慢，不论是主人公Peppa，还是她的爸爸妈妈，他们之间对话的语速就像在对刚学说话的孩子一样，慢而清晰。最让我佩服的还是这部动画片传递出来的育儿理念。
全剧没有一句指责和埋怨，教会孩子的却是：面对指责或者不理解，不需要生气；出问题不要紧，想办法解决就好。
Peppa and her friends are going on a school bus trip.
Peppa和她的朋友要去一次校车旅行
“Let’s check you are all here,” says Madame Gazelle.
“让我来看看大家都到齐了了吗。”羚羊女士说
“Here!” cries Peppa.
“我到了！”Peppa 喊到
“Today,” begins Madame Gazelle,
“今天呢，”羚羊女士开始说到，
“we are going on a trip to the mountains!”
“我们要去山上旅行！”
“Hooray!” cheer all the children.
“万岁！”所有的孩子们都开心地欢呼
Peppa and Suzy are already a little hungry.
Peppa和Suzy已经有点饿了
“Please can we eat our lunch now?”
“请问我们可以现在就吃我们的午饭吗？”
they ask Madame Gazelle.
他们问羚羊女士
“Why not eat your apples and save the rest for the picnic?”
“你们为什么不先吃点苹果，把剩下的食物留着野餐呢？”
She replies. Crunch! Crunch!
羚羊女士回答咔哧！咔哧！（Peppa和Suzy吃起了苹果）
The bus has arrived at the foot of the mountain.
校车开到了山脚下
The road is very steep!
路变得非常陡
”Come on bus! You can make it!”
“加油校车！你可以的！”
Everyone cheers.
所有人都在给车打气
Peppa and her friends have finally made it to the top of the mountain.
Peppa和她的朋友们终于来到了山顶上
“Look at the view!”gasps Madame Gazelle.
“快看这景色啊！”羚羊女士喘着气说
All the children look out over the valley.
所有的孩子们都越过山谷向远处望去
“Wow!” sighs Peppa, loudly.
“哇！”Peppa大声感叹到
“Wow! Wow! Wow!”
“哇！哇！哇！”
Peppa hears in the distance.
Peppa听到远处传来这样的声音
“What was that?” she asks quietly.
“这是什么声音？”Peppa小声地问
“It’s your echo, Peppa!” replies Madame Gazelle.
“这是你的回声，Peppa！”羚羊女士回答她
“An echo is the sound you hear when you speak loudly in the mountains,”
“回声就是当你在山里大声说话时听到的声音。”
Explains Madame Gazelle.
羚羊女士解释道
Grunt! Woof! Baaa! Snort!
羚羊女士解释道，咕噜！呜汪！咩！哼哼！（小动物们都叫了起来）
Now it’s time for a picnic lunch.
现在到了午饭野餐的时间了！
Peppa loves picnics. Everyone loves picnics!
Peppa喜欢野餐 所有人都喜欢野餐！
Munch! Slurp! Munch! Yum! Yum!
吧唧！啧啧！吧唧！真香！真香！（大家都吃了起来）
“Where are the ducks?” asks Peppa, taking a bite of her sandwich.
“小鸭子们在哪里呢？”Peppa问，边问边咬了一口她的三明治
“They always turn up when we have picnics.”
“它们总是会在我们野餐的时候出现。”
Quack! Quack! Quack!
呱！呱！呱！
Here comes the ducks.
小鸭子们来了
“Hello! Would you like some bread?”
“你们好！想吃点面包吗？”
Peppa asks them. The ducks are very lucky today.
Peppa问它们 这些小鸭子们今天真是幸运
There is plenty of bread!
因为这里有很多很多面包
The bus has arrived.
校车回来了
It's time to go home.
到了回家的时间了
“Let's all sing a song!”suggests Madame Gazelle.
“我们一起唱首歌吧！”羚羊女士提议
Hooray! Everyone has had a great day!
万岁！所有人都度过了愉快的一天！
