"Here we are at the aquarium,"says Papa Bear."The what?”asks Sister.
“The ah-KWAIR-ee-um,”says Mama.“It is a zoo ofthe sea.”
*There are many things to see,"says Papa.
“我们到水族馆了!”熊爸爸宣布。“到哪儿了?”小熊妹妹好奇地问。
“这里是水一一族一一馆，”熊妈妈拖长了音回答。
“就是 海洋 动物 园。”
“你们会看到许多有趣的东西。” 熊爸爸告诉小熊们。
“I want to see the whale,” says Brother.
“I want to see the dolphins, says Sister.
“我想看鲸鱼。”小熊哥哥说。
“我想看海豚。”小熊妹姝说。
“What shall we see first?”asks Papa.
“The whale," says Brother.
“The dolphins," says Sister.
"First,let's see the fish," says Mama.
熊爸爸问大家:“我们先看什么呢?"
小熊哥哥回答:“鲸鱼。”
小熊妹妹回答:“海豚。
熊妈妈说:“我们还是先去看鱼吧!”
“This swordfish has a very long nose,"
says Papa.
“Pointy,too,”says Brother.
熊爸爸说:“剑鱼长着长长的鼻子。”
小熊哥哥补充道:“它的鼻子还很尖。
“The flounder is very flat,”says Mama.
"His eyes are on the same side,"
says Sister."Ugh!”
熊妈妈说:“比目鱼的身体扁扁的。”
小熊妹妹惊叹道:“哇! 它的两只眼睛都长在一边。”
“Here is a catfish," says Papa.
“It looks like a cat,”says Brother.
熊爸爸说:“这是一条鲇鱼。
小熊哥哥评论道:“它看上去像只猫。”
“Here is a dogfish," says Mama.
“It does not look like a dog,”says Sister.
“This way to the whale!" says Brother.“This way to the dolphins!" says Sister.
熊妈妈说:“这是条狗鲨。”
小熊妹妹感到很奇怪:“它一点儿也不像狗。”
“往这儿走能看鲸鱼!”小熊哥哥说。
"往这儿走能看海豚!”小熊妹妹说。
In the next room they see an octopus.
"Which end is the front?”asks Mama.
"I'm not sure,”says Papa.
在下一个展馆，他们看到了一只章鱼。
熊妈妈疑惑地问:“哪一面是它的正面?”
熊爸爸想了想说:“我也拿不准。”
They see jellyfish.
“Those long strings can sting you," says Papa.
"Not if we stay out of the tank,”says Mama.
"Where is the whale?”asks Brother.
“And where are the dolphins?”asks Sister.
他们看到了水母。
熊爸爸说:“水母长长的触手会蜇人。”
熊妈妈接着说:“我们在水族箱外呢，它蜇不到我们。”
＂鲸鱼在哪儿呢?”小熊哥哥问。
＂海豚在哪儿呢?”小熊妹妹问。
"Look at those penguins swim!" says Mama.
"Look at them dive!”says Papa.
“Why don't they fly?”asks Brother."Because they can't,”says Papa.
“Why don't they walk?”asks Sister.“Some of them do,”says Brother.
熊妈妈说:“看呀! 那些企鹅在游泳!”
熊爸爸喊:“看呀! 它们在潜水!”
小熊哥哥问:“它们怎么不飞呢?"
熊爸爸回答:“因为它们不会飞。"
小熊妹妹问:“它们为什么不走路?"
小熊哥哥回答:“有些企鹅在走路呢。"
“These are some big fish,”says Papa.
“The sharks are very scary,"says Brother.
“Look at their sharp teeth!”
熊爸爸说:“这里有些大鱼!”
"这些鲨鱼可真吓人，”
小熊哥哥说，“快瞧瞧它们的尖牙齿!”
“The sunfish is very funny,”says Sister.
“Look at his big head!"
“太阳鱼可真好玩，”小熊妹妹说，“快瞧瞧它的胖脑袋!＂
“The otters are so cute," says Mama.
“It is fun to watch them slide," says Papa.
熊妈妈说:“这些水獭真可爱。”
熊爸爸很赞同:“看它们玩滑梯的样子，
多有趣!"
“I wish Icould see the whale," says Brother.
“I wish Icould see the dolphins," says Sister.
“我要是能看到鲸鱼就好了。”小熊哥哥说。
“我要是能看到海豚就好了。”小熊妹妹说。
The Bear family comes to the seal pool.
It is feeding time.
The seals make a lot of noise !
Their trainers give them fish to eat.
贝贝熊一家来到海豹池。
正赶上喂食时间，
海豹们闹出的动静可真不小!
海豹驯养员正在给它们喂鱼吃。
“This makes me so hungry,”says Papa.
“这让我觉得饿极了。”熊爸爸说。
“Here is a place to eat,”says Mama.
The Bears have lunch and watch the seals.
“这儿有一个吃东西的地方!”熊妈妈说。小熊一家一边吃午餐，一边欣赏海豹戏水。
After lunch,they spot a sign.
It says,WHALE AND DOLPHIN SHOW TODAY!
吃过午饭，他们发现了一个标志牌，
上面写着:“今天有鲸鱼和海豚表演!
"Hooray! The whale,at last!”says Brother.
“Hooray! The dolphins,at last!?" says Sister.
“万岁! 终于要看到鲸鱼啦!”小熊哥哥高兴极了。
“万岁! 终于要看到海豚啦!”小熊妹妹高兴极了。
The show begins.
The dolphins jump and leap and spin.
演出开始了。
海豚跃出水面，钻过圈圈，顶着球转。
The trainer tells them to do tricks.
The Bears clap and clap.
驯养员指挥它们表演各种节目。
小熊一家使劲地鼓掌、欢呼。
A whale leaps out ofthe water.
The trainer feeds him a fish.
一条鲸鱼高高地跃出水面。
驯养员喂了它一条鱼。
The Bears clap and clap and clap.What a show!
小熊一家使劲地鼓掌，他们鼓了一遍又一遍。这是多么精彩的表演!
The trainer asks Brother and Sister to help.Sister tells a dolphin to leap.
Brother feeds a fish to the whale.
驯养员邀请小熊哥哥和小熊妹妹上台协助表演。小熊妹妹招呼一条海豚跳起来。小熊哥哥拿着一条鱼去喂鲸鱼。
The whale and the dolphin
make a big splash.
The family gets all wet!
鲸鱼和海豚溅起好大一片水花。
小熊一家全成了“落汤熊”!
“SPLASH!”yells Honey.
They laugh and laugh and laugh.
小熊宝宝乐得大叫:“哗啦啦!”
大家笑啊笑啊，乐开了怀。
