Floppy's Phonics是OXF Reading Tree中的一个子品牌，通过生动有趣的故事让儿童轻松自然地掌握英语单词的拼读规律，培养他们认读英语的能力。英语作为拼音文字，在单词读音和书写形式之间有内在的联系和规律。在英语国家，一般在幼儿园和小学低年级阶段都是通过阅读故事的方式系统地教授字母以及字母组合的读音来认读单词，让儿童在字母和发音之间建立一种直觉联系，最终做到“见词能读、听词能读”。
