《闹腾的小狮子RaaRaa》制作精良，为2-4岁的学龄前儿童设计。这部动画片的对白设计巧妙，通过不断重复（Repetition）、以及有韵律（Rhyme）和节奏（Rhythm）的语言，可以让小朋友们能轻松的复述（Retelling）故事。通过4R（Repetition、Rhyme、Rhythm、Retelling），在快乐中提高孩子们的沟通能力。
