成立于1991年的Portishead，似乎带着那个年代的萧瑟与颓废，94年首砖Dummy惊世而出，主唱Beth Gibbons随着迟滞的节拍吐出鬼魅般的话语，旋律划过整个迷乱的时代。有人说做爱时最适合听Portishead，可能“吹炮（Trip-hop）”这样风格的翻译与唇齿交缠、层叠的欲望不谋而合。97年同名专辑发售，仿佛在看一部画面夹杂着颗粒感的黑白悬疑电影，听着诡异凄美的女人自顾自地沉醉呻吟。
