This story is about selfish Shen, a hungry beggar, a kind woman, some YUMMY pears and a little bit of magic.

Shen lived in a little house with a big garden.
他很快就吃光了梨子。然后他把梨籽吐在了手上。
“Mmm, yummy,” he said happily. “Now, it’s my turn to give you a pear.”
“嗯，这梨子真好吃呀，现在，轮到我送给你一个梨子了。”
“Aha!” cried Shen. “You DO have money!”
“啊哈！原来你有钱啊！“
“No,” said the beggar.
“没有，没有”
The woman shook her head.
夫人摇了摇头。
“How will you get another pear?
“那你怎么才能得到一个梨呢？”
